Safety Policy - Safety First
- Continuous adult supervision is required to ensure the safety of all users and prevent overcrowding. Limit the number of users according to age and size.
- Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, badges, hair barrettes, and any other object which may cause injury and/or damage to the unit before entering.
- No flips, somersaults, wrestling, rough housing, pushing, colliding, or any form of bodily contact is allowed to avoid injuries.
- No silly string, food, drink, candy, chewing gum, or any other sticky substance is allowed in or around the inflatable.
- Absolutely no user under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance should use the bounce house, slider, or obstacle.
- No smoking or barbeque units within 15 feet of the inflatable.
- Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step or anywhere on the exterior of the inflatable.
- Do not allow individuals to climb, hang, or sit on inflatable walls.
- Keep units away from swimming pools.
- Users over the age of 15 years should not use the inflatable unless the unit is designed for adults.
- Do not fasten or tie anything to the inflatable, as any damage or excessive debris will result in a repair or cleaning charge to you, the renter.
- Follow recommended manufacturer's guidelines found on the attached safety sign of each unit.
- In case of inclement weather, deflate the unit for rain and/or high winds. Allow the unit to dry when re-inflated as the vinyl surface can be extremely slippery when wet.
Communication:
Kindly inform us if the bounce house will be placed on slopes, stairs, narrow passages, or uneven terrain, or in areas where multiple drivers are needed for safety. Please inspect for low-hanging cables or tree branches and ensure a 3-foot buffer zone around the entire bounce house.
Cancellation Policy:
Happy Hop requires full payment upon reservation of your rental. If the customer cancels the rental more than seven (7) days prior to the rental date, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made less than seven (7) days in advance, the deposit paid will be applied towards a future rental, subject to availability.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Happy Hop retains the right to cancel rentals in case of rain, anticipated rain, or high winds on the scheduled rental date. We will notify you in advance of any weather-related concerns. If the rental is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will offer the option to reschedule (subject to availability) or provide a refund of your deposit.
